  An Exceptional Realtor Who Truly Goes Above and Beyond Our experience working with Debbie Teague on the sale of our luxury home was nothing short of exceptional. Selling a high-value property in a challenging market and during the winter season is never easy, yet Debbie handled every aspect of the process with remarkable professionalism, expertise, and dedication. What immediately stood out was her extraordinary level of commitment. During extreme winter weather and severe snowstorms, when most people were understandably staying home, Debbie personally went to our vacant property to protect it from freezing temperatures and potential damage. After one particularly severe storm caused weather-related issues, Debbie and her husband carefully made their way across dangerous icy conditions to inspect the property in person.   Debbie was recommended to us by a number of friends and we were not disappointed. She was very familiar with our area and offered solid guidance in setting the correct price. We were impressed with her professionalism and responsiveness throughout the process. She exceeded our expectations of a realtor. Once our home was under contact, she was very helpful in working through the repairs that the purchaser’s inspector identified. She was able to coordinate all repairs within a week to accommodate the purchaser’s quick closing date. I would strongly suggest if you are buying or selling that you use Debbie as your realtor.
