  CJ is always so attentive, friendly, and helpful with our work orders submitted at the Carrington. He was able to replace my garage door opener and I have not had any further problems with it. Thanks so much for all of your consistent attention over the years, CJ!

  It’s a great community.But I don’t recommend moving here if you like your privacy or if you work from home .They often times walk right into your home unannounced. My brother moved there , he said that thy walked in his house to perform a smoking check and he was terrified and almost defended himself but it turns out it was just management doing a check up . They didn’t even give a 24 hour warning . Deborah is amazing as is the rest of the staff but they definitely don’t have a thing for privacy or respecting people space.The people are nice but they need to adjust their polices. It’s quite here . You smell a little weed here and there but no crime . No loitering. Not too much noise. They need better piping . They also need a new maintenance man because the current one looks a little scary looking like he has a sketchy background.

  Since moving to Arkansas 2024 and living Carrington Park has been a blessing to my family. The manager -Ms. Debbie is a breath of fresh air- office customer service is superior. The maintenance team responds in 24 hours, CJ"s expert skills eliminate waiting time for repairs. Gwendolyn
