- RGRebecca GallegosApr 5, 20251.0I placed a$700. Deposit didn't even get half of it back. I was charged $10.00 for light bulbs that I furnished they installed one light bulbs scene I was there . The thermostat wouldn't shut off for the furnace Scott came and replaced the batties. It was still the same. The washer would not pour water for rinseing. I had to haul 3 bucks of water for rinseing. I had Scott do the walk through when leaving. He brought no sheet of paper or tablet to show me the negative. When I come to pickup my deposit there was a sheet of paper with a check. A list of things they had to do. Tair and wear. I improved that apartment closet and pantry. No place for seniors or handicap. Rebecca Gallegos
- KMkristen mccuneApr 17, 20201.0I called about renting a apt for myself. I asked about pets. I have a small registered emotional support dog due to severe anxiety and PTSD. Before I could even get out that it was a support animal. I was told NO ( SORRY ) By law you can't deny a support animal. You can charge a deposit. Not even the size or breed matters. If I've read the law correctly but can't refuse the pet. I'm so tired of people refusing to rent to me because I have a support animal. Except for the $800 a month apartments that I can't afford. Not fair to do this because other people are not responsible pet owners. Please look it up and let me know if I'm wrong. Thanks
