We were in process of buying a home from them. Had loan approval, called to confirm price…..RAISED IT ALMOST $20,000!!! We cancelled. Purchasing elsewhere! They also claimed we needed certain things done in order to set home. That was a lie. Thankfully found a better and more honest place. Already purchased and setting delivery. Saved about 65,000.
