  Allison Gibson was great to work with. The rental really felt like home, and she made the whole process easy and stress-free. She was always helpful, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with. I really appreciated how smooth everything was from start to finish. I would definitely love to come back in the future! Would definitely recommend her!

  I very much enjoyed my time with McGraw realtors I could not think of a bad thing to say about any of them. I stayed in one of there properties for 4 years straight and it was great. They are very reasonable and super easy to get ahold of. Which is not common with some landlords. Anytime I had a problem they had it fixed before I was home and would go out of there way to make sure that there tenants where taking care of. I have referred several friends/co workers to use McGraw property’s they are easily one of the most reliable and and efficient relator companies to rent from!!!

  My husband and I moved into our unit on Martin Drive about a month ago and have truly enjoyed it so far. The application process was quick and seamless. The duplexes are spacious and well maintained, and the neighborhood is pleasantly quiet, which we greatly appreciate. We recommend these units, and McGraw Realtors as a whole. All the good feedback from people we knew actually encouraged us to apply!

  7401 Martin Drive is a high end duplex complex with lots of amenities, great overhead lighting, and lots of room for activities throughout the duplex. Gone are the days of cooking in a galley kitchen as this kitchen contains an amazing 5 burner stove, with so much space even I could lay down flat without touching anything. Moving on to the bedrooms they are even better, the master bedroom contains a walk in closet with ample space for clothes and for storage, additionally it contains a master bathroom with lots of cabinet space. Moving onto the second bedroom, it contains an enclosed closet that is nice and spacious and can hold plenty of clothes, knick knacks and paddy wacks! The best part of this space is by far the living room however, with an open concept you can cook, clean, study, AND sleep all while in your living room. I certainly recommend this place if you are planning to move out for the first time, or if you’re moving to a new space. Allison Gibson additionally was very friendly and got us moved and settled in an amazing timeframe, we were moved in within a week of applying, getting approved and paying the deposit.   In our experience, we regret moving here and do not recommend renting through McGraw based on our experience working with Allison Gibson. While the property appears newly remodeled, the quality of work and overall management have been disappointing. Over the past several months, we have dealt with ongoing issues related to poor communication and unresolved maintenance, including multiple missed repair appointments that required us to take time off work. Maintenance requests often go unaddressed unless they are emergencies, and issues present at move-in, including a bathtub that has not drained properly since day one, have still not been resolved nearly three months later. Because of how unprofessional this experience has been for us, we have seriously considered breaking our lease. This may work for some tenants, but for us it has not been worth it, and others should proceed with caution. Nine of them even bother to respond to negative reviews. Only positive. Because they don’t care if tenants are getting screwed and break the lease because of their poor management. She does not care about quality work, but how much money she can guzzle up without informing people.
