  We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Clayton Homes in Fort Smith, and we can't thank Chris Neely enough for his incredible customer service. From the moment we walked in, Chris made us feel welcome and listened to everything we were looking for in a home. He took the time to walk us through every option and answer all of our questions in detail, making the entire buying process stress-free. Not long after we got our home, we had an issue with a water leak, and that's where Chris and Kirk really went above and beyond. Chris was quick to respond, and he immediately got Kirk involved to ensure everything was handled properly. Chris and Kirk were on-site right away, and worked to fix the problem. We felt totally taken care of. It’s rare to find such dedicated and responsive service like this! Both Chris and Kirk’s professionalism and dedication to making sure we were happy truly set them apart. They went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with the repairs, and their follow-up to ensure everything was perfect really showed how much they care about their customers. We also want to give a big shout-out to Anthony, who was equally amazing and helped during signing! If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares about you and your home, Clayton Homes Ft. Smith is the place to go. We highly recommend Chris, Kirk, and Anthony, they’re a fantastic team!

  We have had nothing but the best experience with this company! Shelby has been the best, she has been available for us for any questions, she is knowledgeable, and been so helpful. Everyone we have met has been very nice and they are trying their best to help us get everything done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

  You lost a cash sale because we could not see your homes without a sales person tagging along . I will never buy from Clayton homes !

  When I was looking at new homes I had went to a few places before going to Clayton Homes in Ft. Smith. After talking with Chris on that first visit, I left there with such a good feeling that I knew I would be back. Within a week or so I had picked and ordered my new home! They initially told me it would be December then Chris contacted me at the beginning of October and let me know my home would be ready early and delivered the 1st week of November! I know I am not their only customer but they went out of their way to make me feel that way. It has been a hard year for me and my family, but this experience has definitely been a bright spot. 10/10 recommend!
