  As was shared by another reviewer, don't expect any communication from these people. I sent a request in over 2 months ago and nothing has happened. Although they told me a couple of weeks ago that they would get to it that week, nothing has happened. Nothing. No communication. No emails. No phone calls. Absolutely nothing. I don't know, but this doesn't smell like good customer service. I would not recommend this firm.

  Do not expect good communication, expect no communication at all. You will hear back from them when they are ready and not a minute before. They ignore phone calls, voice mails and emails. Working with them has felt like trying to get a car tagged with the DMV. If I wanted to feel like I got a punch in the stomach and laughed at I could have done it for a lot less that $525.00 ***update*** after a couple days of my appraiser going "dark" on us and having to push the closing date because he would not call anyone back or respond to emails I called him. Got an ear full about Dodd-Frank regulations and why I should not be calling him. I guess Dodd Frank is designed to keep the buyer from trying to bribe the appraiser but he used it as an excuse to not be held accountable for promises he made to the person paying for his services. After the Dodd Frank lecture he committed to having the needed documents back by Friday morning. The docs showed up Friday evening at 4:01. Appraisers are really busy in our area right now and I can appreciate that but never did they say "we can do the job but keep in mind we are really busy and will likely not keep our commitments". They just took my money, refused to communicate and sent the documents when they felt like it. If you would like to experience the same as I did then I highly recommend Appraisal Services. They will not fail to cost you extra money and hide behind regulations to keep from being held accountable to their promises.
