- PBpam blencoweApr 7, 20262.0Jimmy in sales was great. The after sale care leaves a lot to be desired. I call, text no response. Then when I get a response I’m told they can’t help or “ let me check in to that and I’ll get back with you” and I never get a call back. Very frustrating trying to get help after the sale. I had workers come out to fix my front. It wasn’t fixed , when I finally got someone to call me back he said they can’t do anything since they were already out for my door. It’s not my fault they didn’t fix it right. Now I have a door that will only stay closed when it’s locked Not happy with service people
