The next 2 days I hooked the utilitys up. The very next day, they installed air conditioning, underpinnined and did service work. I am literally living in my house after first talking to them 2 weeks ago. And it's a house I love everything about. And on top of that, they financed me with a company that also provides top notch service.

Cheep cabinets with cardboard bottoms in drawers that don't operate very well. Creaking and popping floors were found in two mobile homes. Siding was already warped on multiple homes. Light fixtures off center, and out of square patters/ line for recessed lights. Hollow walls in interiors with no insulation even on the back side of the bathrooms. At least two homes already had roof leaks.. Transoms on double wides we're coming up at the floor and coming off at the ceiling s. The quality of the products being sold here is just horrible, but that seems to be the entire market for mobile homes in general. Stop in and check things out for yourself.
