  Don't buy from Clayton Homes in general. Everyone here is so nice, but the quality of the homes is awful. I wish I knew this before purchasing. The process to move in tooks months longer than I was told, which I should've taken as a sign in itself. Of course, no one communicated a time frame at all. I spent 4 months living in a motel, AFTER closing, sending weekly messages asking for an update. They should've been reaching out to me, not the other way around. Meanwhile, I was forced to pay utility bills for a home I COULDNT EVEN LIVE IN, because I had to have all utilities turned on prior to closing. Upon moving in, my master shower wouldn't turn on, the water heater was broken, dishwasher not hooked up, the digital panel on the stove didn't work, the heat didn't work. They also had a deal going on, and provided me with a washer and dryer. Guess what? Dryer didn't work. I took the entire thing apart myself and replaced the motor. The entire 4 months I spent in the motel, the home was hooked up on my property. They had all that time to do walk throughs and fix any issues. When I did my first walk through, I pointed out several drawers off track, and the front door not being sealed. I can see sunlight through the gap between the frame and the door. Instead of fixing it, I was told, "Well nothing is going to be perfect." Within a few months, several holes they left in my roof had my bathroom filled with mold. Its been about 2 years since I moved in, and now my stovetop burners have stopped working. Heat never got fixed, so my space heaters are running as well. Not to mention the wallpaper peeling and the trim just falling off the walls. 🙃 This was a nightmare of an experience, and I regret choosing Clayton Homes to purchase my first home. If you're considering buying from them, please know that there is a reason the homes are so cheap.

  I’ve had an amazing experience with Clayton Homes in Bryant, specifically working with Josh Lingo. He is truly one of a kind! He’s professional, patient, and genuinely caring. From the start, Josh made me feel completely at ease. I usually avoid “sales people” or people in general like the plague, but Josh is different. He never once made me feel pressured or rushed, and he took the time to answer every single question (and I had a lot!). He goes above and beyond for his customers. Checking in, communicating clearly, and making sure everything is handled smoothly from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in helping people. He’s amazing at what he does. The entire Clayton Homes team has been great to work with. If you’re looking to start your home buying journey, I would 100% recommend Clayton Homes in Bryant and especially Josh Lingo. He’s the reason my experience has been so stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you Josh and Clayton’s for a great experience!

  I would not recommend buying a home from here. They never communicate with you and when you ask questions they fill you with empty promises. They always answer like they are reading from a script and try to make everything sound like rainbows and unicorns and sunshine. It’s a load of crap.

  This place have nice houses. The people are nice and very helpful. I enjoy working with these guys.
