The staff told me they couldn't accept my offer because they had to make around $12,000 profit and that corporate wouldn't approve anything less. I understand businesses need profit, but it felt like there was no real effort to meet in the middle or explain pricing in a transparent way. I left feeling like my time didn't matter and the process was "take it or leave it."

Corbin and the whole team have been incredible throughout our entire process. We’ve been in our home for over six months now, and they still text to make sure everything is going well. Any issues we’ve had were fixed within a couple of days. We highly recommend them!
