0/10 living experience. No WiFi. Trash. Do not live here under any circumstances.

At the time of this review, I have lived here for about nine months or so. The staff are nice and helpful, and events are hosted often and they are fun. This complex SHOULD be five stars...however, there is one glaring issue that makes this place hard to recommend, and that is the internet. It is a miracle if it does not go out at least once a day, and outages can last from a few minutes to hours, and there is rarely communication on when it gets fixed. As a complex that is leased mainly by college students, the fact that the internet is so unreliable is surprising. I have had to upgrade my phone plan just so I can use my hotspot when the internet goes down. I have considered not extending my lease solely due to this, which should show how poor it is. An outage periodically is expected, but the fact that it is so often is what makes it an issue, inconvenience, and simply another thing to worry about as a student. Despite the poor internet, the staff and amenities (gym, pool, basketball courts, etc) have still made living here a generally good experience. Again, I would rate this five stars if the internet improves even slightly.

Please fix the wifi. Other than that it is a decent apartment complex to live in but for you to advertise “student housing”, the wifi needs to be working. We have homework and tests we need to be able to do and having to rely on the hotspot is not a viable option. They keep saying it’s on Xfinity but nothing ever changes and it’s been choppy for the past 1.5-2 years. Once that issue is fixed, this can be a 5 star review.

I love living here for the most part, but there is one thing that I think everyone needs to be aware of before choosing here as a place to live and that is the Wi-Fi problem. They claim this as student housing but there is a big problem with the fact that our WiFi goes out at-least once a day for hours on end so you can’t even do your homework. i reached out and they told me to get in touch with Xfinity. They provide our WiFi and the fact that this is such a common issue should be Dealt with outside of me reaching out because there seems to be a bigger problem. This is the only problem that i have had here but it has to be the most frustrating thing that could happen honestly. How am I living in proclaimed “student housing” (as they advertise) but I can’t even do my homework in my own apartment. This is something that seriously needs to be dealt with.

I was a Guarantor for an upcoming lease- I stopped it in action after I Received a notice today via text to sign my guarantor lease for my UA Student -Roll Ride🔥 It was for more money than originated to include more money for the parking & pool view apartment The document sent led into a Lease for me Personally-😜 After communicating back, I was told by the apartment associate, “ my apologies duplicate application” Somehow- The original lease document at a set price was changed for a higher amount (within 2weeks) to include higher amount for parking and higher amount for that pool view apartment! If this apartment complex can contact the guarantor For an upgraded price lease- why in the heck can’t they contact you prior to it going up? Also, social media indicates on Instagram, etc. (original) prices remain until the end of February and here we are today February 18 and prices have went up substantially It is my professional opinion with years of experience that if you start a contract in a nightmare, the entire time through the ending, it will be a nightmare Perhaps Crimson Apartments need to train their personnel and honor legal documents friends🔥 As if we parents don’t have enough worries?
