I have read several reviews several answers from the owner. I have a student there at the apartment complex and he has told me on several occasions that the office staff offers free food for a Google review every answer from the owner where they say they do not offer and send us for reviews. They’re lying when we moved in at the beginning of this semester. My son‘s apartment was in inhabitable. There was no furniture in a furnished department. The toilet wasn’t even bolted to the floor. We have spoken to the portfolio manager from corporate the day of move-in. He assured us that if we ever have any concerns to just emailed him, he even gave us his phone number well since move-in. We have sent him several emails and left several voicemails no response. This is a poorly run apartment complex trash all over the place other residence smoking weed out by the pool, but nobody does anything about it all they care about is money money money stay away.
