  High pricing for outdated apartments. There was consistently trash strewn about the grounds from their "valet trash service". Claims to be a safe neighborhood and yet there were constant domestic disturbances. Claims to be a great place for kids and yet every other week, there are emails sent out complaining about children playing in the breezeways of the buildings. If the apartment had provided a playground then maybe kids would have somewhere to play, but alas they just claim to have one then upon moving in, you're sent some bogus email about how they're replacing it with a "new and improved" one (I lived here 15 months and obviously there was never a new playground). You cannot reach the office directly and have to go through a third-party answering service that claims to pass your message along. We all know where this is going, obviously the office will never return your call back. The one and ONLY time I have ever recieved a call back from them was when I had a question about renting out their clubhouse for a birthday party, so I guess if you want to pay them more money then they'll finally care about what you have to say. The office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, and the maintenance staff is treated very poorly. Every time I made small talk with a maintenance person in the parking lot, it was reflected to me how miserable it is working for Baldwin Farms. The parking situation was also horrible. The parking passes that you're given upon moving in is never enforced, and you just have to gamble whether you can get a spot near your apartment or not every day. This place is awful and I'd only recommend people that I hate to live here

  Extremely unprofessional answering service. Not sure if they forward every single call they receive to the answering service all hours of every week day, but completely unprofessional and distasteful, ESPECIALLY when the answering service woman interrupts you mid sentence and puts you on hold without warning. Do better
