  I had lived with Annandale for 5 years and had issues as everyone else did. However when the new apartment Manager took over and she had found out about the mailbox being broken. She had it promptly fixed. I had accumulated over the allowed amount of animals(4 dogs) and was never worried about being kicked out due to that. Sally had done some damage and the apartment had 5 years of wear/tear on the floors and walls but I wasn’t charged for extra fees. She works within her limits and helps when she can. Good luck. ❤️ It can be hard to turn a place around that was neglected for years.

  Wouldn’t recommend !! I’ve lived here almost a year and since day 1 have had nothing but complains. Everything from mold, roaches, gnats, snakes, broken appliances and rude neighbors. The maintenance man is lazy and doesn’t keep the apartments up to par!! I sat in the heat for days because my air conditioner went out. I put in a maintenance request with the leasing manager early one Friday morning. The maintenance man didn’t come until 3 days later and by then I had already figured out how to fix myself. I’ve even requested for pest control several times because there are roaches and gnats coming out of the SINK DRAINS AND VENTS !!! But no one has came and I put in the request online 2 months ago ! Also It’s almost been a year and I’ve been asking for a new dishwasher because mine doesn’t drain properly. The dirty water just fills up in the bottom to the point where it’ll overflow !! It has caused a gnat infestation in my apartment and maintenance hasn’t done a thing but come and turn on the rinse cycle. The water will drain momentarily but then slowly but surely start to refill with the food and all back into my dishwasher. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Don’t move here… not worth $650 when the maintenance isn’t keeping the apartments up.

  My name is Jamelle Marion and i applied for an apartment there about a month and a half ago. When they called and told me the apartment was ready to move in, I went to view the apartment for the first time. The place was a mess. The upkeep of the outside and inside was horrible. I asked the manager why haven't they came and cleaned the apartment. She said the tenant who just moved cleaned it. The bathroom drawers was broken and the paint on the wall was horrible. I asked her could I view an apartment but she always said there wasn't one to view. I need to speak to someone from corporate as soon as possible because I askef for my deposit back and she told me i can't get it back. I nevered sign a lease nor took possession of the apartment. This is ridiculous.i will be contacting me a lawyer

  Before I started living here, i went to the google review section to see what people had to say, and none of the reviews were helpful. So I'm gonna write the review that I wish had been here earlier. So far, it has been a great place to live! I haven't really had any problems. The management is very nice and eager to help with whatever you need. The residents are all nice people, apart from a few bad eggs but that's every apartment complex. The rooms have high ceilings, clean carpets, and no bugs whatsoever. No hidden fees, easy to use online bill pay and online service requests (for when you're fridge or toilet goes out). Exercise room with working A/C and water cooler, good internet connection with mediacom. Assigned parking can be a bit troublesome for guests that don't know about it, but there is visitor parking in the back and they also don't mind people parking at the office. A lot of families live here, with kids that like to play outside all the time. Nothing loud ever happens after dark and I have yet to see any shady looking people. The office is happy to help you with any questions, but good luck getting anyone on the phone, ever. Just act like that phone number doesn't even exist. Your best bet is to just try and catch them when they are at the office, which is practically never. You should go ahead and assume they are never there, which they never are. So that's really the only drawback I've encountered. Other than that, this place is awesome for the low price. Good luck! UPDATE: After having lived at Annandale for 3 years, I will say that it was a wonderful place to live. I've had to move out due to a job transfer, but my time there was very comfortable and accommodating. I never had any trouble from any of the other residents, nor did I have any problems getting the maintenance to fix things. The complex is very family friendly, with a great location (being right next to the high school and walmart). Plus, the office staff is very polite and always willing to help out. I appreciate all they've done for me while staying there, and hope they continue to thrive.
