Maintenance is very good, helpful, respectful, and kind as well. I’m happy I chose Century HomePlace as my home. I’ll be back in a few months with a new update on how it’s going lol. 😁
- FFFushigiMigiAug 29, 20255.0I like the place a lot. Good noise profile, nice place… 2 bit picks: 1: I like communication through email and text messages. There were a couple of situations where there could have been a little more follow up, but it isn’t a big deal as long as I’m the one that follows up on the problems. Eventually I get the response needed. This is almost every single business out there. It’s not like it is a unique thing here. 2: I’m a programmer so I understand computer systems and I’m not a fan of theirs. The application process is a bit too much. The payment process is a little bit convoluted. I don’t care about the rewards system and I would prefer the auto pay system service charge to be more reasonable. It seems a bit overkill from what I’ve seen in the past. Yes, there has to be a service charge sometimes for automatic convenience. I just feel like it is too much. I have a friend at another apartment complex and they have the same or similar system and same problems, so whatever that software company is, I’m not a fan. It’s kind of like how your employer buys you pizza and expects you to forgive them for treating you badly the rest of the time.
