  Do not live here yall especially if you don’t want to water to be off every other day because of a “pipe bursting” lmao the pipes bust at least once or twice a month inconveniencing you

  Do not live here if you are disabled. Maintenance and management will laugh at you and demand that you prove to them that you can not climb a ten foot ladder because your stairs were removed and you were trapped in your home without notice. They will purposely block handicap parking spots to include unloading zones and allow contracters to do the same thing. Rent is VERY expensive for what you get. Unprofessional maintenance and management. We have lived here for about 8 months. Neighbors are great. Community seems very safe overall.

  "My experience has been great so far living at Post Ridge Apartments. The community is well-maintained and the apartments are modern and spacious. The management team is friendly and responsive, always addressing any concerns promptly. The location is convenient with easy access to amenities and entertainment options. The laundry facilities and pool are well-kept and enjoyable to use. The landscaping is beautiful, creating a peaceful atmosphere throughout the community. Overall, I highly recommend Post Ridge Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live."

  Well rent is pretty decent. The maintenance guys Jeff, and Noah are awesome with their, and the ladies at the front desk are amazing. Every time I have walked in Miss Carmen has been super helpful and always professional. However security could be updated to the parking lot anyone could come in to the parking lot and the window in my vehicle was smashed and my truck broke into. Maybe even adding cameras could help as well, but as far as the staff and units they are both great.
