  DONT RENT HERE IT FEELS LIKE YOU LIVE IN A PRISON complaints about smoking and parking when there not one but two restaurants that literally take up all the parking spots let’s not forget to mention when there are hockey games across the street you can’t come home to empty parking spot even though theres supposed to be someone directing traffic as well as the fair that was here last year the rent is extremely too high I feel like if I’m paying over 2K in rent I should be able to enjoy a cigarette or two in my apartment again where I pay the rent the elevators are constantly down it always feels like there is someone watching you rather then to rent here maybe you should just rent a home where you’ll actually have privacy and not have to worry about a vehicle that’s been sitting in the same parking spot for over a year I always wondered why people moved in and moved out so fast and now I see why and don’t get me wrong the staff here is amazing but it just feels like a HOA too many rules to strict

  The management team at Cadence at Bluff Park does a good job keeping things organized. Ada is very responsive and follows up when issues come up. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and communication has been consistent.

  5/5 stars for many reasons. Beautiful apartments and amenities, very well taken care of, clean environment. The staff is great always welcoming and provides the most support needed. Beautiful office spaces, lounge, gym and outdoor pool. Grill area to have good grub with friends and family.
