The staff is great always welcoming and provides the most support needed. Beautiful office spaces, lounge, gym and outdoor pool. Grill area to have good grub with friends and family.

- U1Username 1Dec 9, 20255.0My overall review is that I’ve searched for somewhere to live for close to a year before I moved and I ultimately came back to canopy because i wanted somewhere very spacious that all i had to do was move in. They have everything included. Microwave, washer & dryer and the bills are included as far as you don’t have to pay anything separate but your power bill if that makes sense. You aren’t getting all these separate bills. It’s so many pros i literally have no cons lol. My 1BR is so roomy! I will say i don’t personally like that people can have access to my packages when they enter the mail room. But I’ll still give 5 stars though. Nice office staff. They always toured me when i came to view and didn’t seem annoyed. It’s close to many restaurants, the interstate etc. it’s perfect to me. In the other reviews people say things about the trash, elevator & noise & not taking away from them but this is an apartment, you will 9/10 hear noise unless you’re on the third floor maybe! Elevator tho bc i just say things happen and elevators break down everywhere, it’s technology. I can see the trash being an issue for people who stay in that area and if it’s full they have to look at that or even smell it. I don’t stay in that side so i can’t say that wouldn’t annoy me. lol so id definitely work on that as a complex. I grew up in Pelham since i was 15 so im happy to see how a beautiful complex like this. I feel like i live in the cabins lol. Just the building and I’m by the rocks and trees. Thank for helping me with a pleasant move in/experience office staff!

The apartments are in a great location and about 15-20 minutes from downtown birmingham. The walls are thin so you can hear conversations and people walking above you but other than that I love the place
