I’m figuring out if I want to buy land and have an house placed on it or buy a house that’s already built on property. Explained to the sales person that I didn’t have time for a sales pitch. I wanted to see all of my options and do not need an explanation. He insisted on explaining things to me. Pushing certain floor plans and single wide. I said that I didn’t know if I wanted single or double and that I need to see the layout before I decide. I just wanted to see the models! I shouldn’t have to have an “interview “ to look at model homes to get an idea of what I want. I’m not applying for a job. I’m looking to purchase.
