  Lived here for about a yr and overall, I had a decent experience, would not classify as "luxury", but overall, a nice place to stay. Had a few Maintenace issues, but they were handled in a somewhat timely manner. I would say that Caitlan in the office is AMAZING!! She was always helpful and if she did not know she always made sure to get back with me.

  I am a current resident and am soo impressed with the entire management team here. Leasing Agent Morgan, is soooo kind, knowledgeable, professional and has a beautiful spirit. She always has a smile, kind word and genuine interest in solving my concern. The maintenance team is always responsive and efficient. Stacey and Kelly are also amazing, but Morgan is a gem! I love living here and totally recommend Verandas at Mitylene

  I spent 3.5 years at the Verandas. You could not ask for a better staff to serve your needs. My apartment was clean & quiet. Maintenance was spot on; I seldom had to call for maintenance but when I did they were prompt in resolving my issues. If I return to Montgomery, the Verandas at Mitylene will be my first choice.

  Be careful with this place! Terrible experience! I needed to break the lease after 14 months to move to another state for my new job, so I gave them notice to vacate , they provided me a formal letter declaring how much I have to pay and all details for breaking the lease, I complied and gave them a check together with keys. up to here everything normal BUT after 13 months I received calls and letters from COLLECTION AGENCY!! Verandas falsely claimed that I had never given them any notice! They tried to make me pay rent twice! for the same period of time that I was left for good, they even claimed water and trash fees up to two months after I departed while the apartment was empty. The same bad experience has happened to my neighbor at Verandas, Totally unacceptable, move there if you want your credit drops 30 scores and deal with collection agency!

  Moved to Montgomery with a new job. Friendly staff with pool, gym, gated, and events in the lobby area for apartment residents. Had very few issues with the apartment. We lived in a 2 bedroom on the third floor. We were lucky to find a place we liked. I lived there for 2 years.
