I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.
When I first moved in, I didn’t have any major issues with my unit. It wasn’t quite what was advertised online because the “renovations” were very superficial, with paint in the bathtubs and on the bathroom counters, but it was manageable.
The problems began during the last six months of my lease. My license plate was stolen off my car, and packages were taken from my doorstep. There was also a body found on the property, and management never notified residents about the incident. Throughout all of this, the office staff offered no support.
After moving out, I was told my deposit would be returned within a few weeks. Instead, it took more than three months and required multiple in-person visits and calls to the corporate office. I was constantly given the runaround, something I’ve never experienced at any other complex.
I’m sharing this review not out of spite, but because future residents deserve transparency. My experience started out fine, but it ended in frustration, safety concerns, and a lack of communication that I wouldn’t want anyone else to deal with.
