- DBDebra BanksNov 10, 20255.0The apartments are fantastic! Very spacious! Storage space is wonderful! The area of apartment is in a great area. Very close to stores, food, and the interstate. My kids love the pool! The staff is very friendly! Kailyn and Paul are wonderful! They return phone calls as quickly as possible, answer any questions, and resolve any concerns.

Dirty floors, baseboards & in corners 7. Patio covered in green algae 8. Security gate hasn’t worked in months 9. Swimming pool stayed dirty 10. Garbage in piles all around property 11. Smelled like a land field 12. Damaged front door and door knob. It looked like a crowbar had been used on it. Manager said, “Oh, we can fix that.” She had an excuse for everything. As one other review said, RUN, RUN, RUN! They have one nice apartment to show, but that IS NOT what you get. Do your homework and beware. Responding to managers comments…. In July, we drove 5 hours for our appointment to visit Elevate 5050. We walked the property and was shown the “fixed up nice” apartment. Completed paperwork for 1 year lease a few days later. Management gave us a move in date and said the apartment was cleaned and ready. They had 2 weeks to fix all the issues.
