  I recently moved to Elevate 5050 on 2/6. During the touring process was easy. The management was very informative and up front with everything. My spouse and myself are settling in very well. We honestly has no complaints.

  Nice apartments, terrible management. Rent goes up every year, but maintenance is basically nonexistent. Work orders take weeks, even for issues that need quick attention, and there’s little to no communication. Calling the leasing office is pointless. Phones aren’t answered, emails go ignored, and in-person visits get you smiles and empty promises while nothing actually gets done. Tenants end up fixing things themselves. There are cheaper apartments nearby with far better service. Don’t be fooled by how these units look. Once you move in, you’re on your own.

  Never live in this apartment. Even if something breaks, they don't fix it on time, and they never answer the phone at the apartment office. It's been over four months since I moved, but I still haven't received my deposit. I do contact office so many times office manager. She'd been very rude and attitude. office Never answered the phone. I want my deposit back soon as possible. I move out 4 month. still doesn't receive my deposit and they don't response. I send the email to apartment owner 2 time but still don't responded. I will go to do Small Claims Court. Don't move this apartment please 🙏

  I recently toured Elevate 50/50 while searching for a potential place to live, and I was extremely impressed. The entire experience was professional from start to finish. The property is beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, and the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. Elevate 50/50 definitely made a great first impression and is high on my list of places to call home. You can tell they truly care about providing a quality living experience. I would highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a new place to live.

  Went to visit this complex with a co worker to see if she would consider residency and I was extremely impressed. Very nice, clean grounds, questions that were asked were answered completely. Very impressive.
