It's been over four months since I moved, but I still haven't received my deposit. I do contact office so many times office manager. She'd been very rude and attitude. office Never answered the phone. I want my deposit back soon as possible

I have an exchange with the office manager where she explains I can’t pay with a card or banking info. Fair enough, I tell her my unit is just across the street and I will be back with my checkbook. I return 20 minutes before closing time and they had shut off the lights and locked up for the night. This is the quality of customer service you can expect from this apartment complex. You come last as a renter. Enjoy the roaches and overflowing trash compactor.
