  As my daughter and I were driving through the complex I was not please with how the outside looked but then I saw several people that looked like they were renovating the units. I asked one of the gentleman a few questions he stated the manager wanted them to renovate inside to outside. When we went inside we spoke with the manager who gave us a tour. I did like how they have all of the college students in one area. Based off the outside you would not believe how beautiful the apartments are on the inside. We did view a 2bedroom 1 bathroom but because my daughter will have a roommate we decided on the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Our price was almost the same as what I paid for my daughter’s dorm. We did opt in for internet and furniture too. I can tell this place was once not in the best of conditions but after seeing the apartment and talking with the lady in the office I feel okay with my baby staying here. The manager in the office seems like she genuinely cares for her tenants especially the students because she was speaking to my daughter to make sure my daughter understood how important her signature is and I appreciated that. Overall besides how it currently looks on the outside I would definitely recommend this conplex

  Do not move here!!!! Biggest scam in the city they say that the apartments are renovated and they are not roofs leak water and fluid from the roof and a/c and the apartment manager is unprofessional and they do not do their job well they do not fix anything here and are very unprofessional. This is a scam

  Latest updates on the property on how horrible it is and only getting worse,While work still needs to be done, since Joyce and the new property management team came in things have gotten much better. You can tell that they are getting things going again and are really great to interact with. Definitely a great improvement over how the property was ran under prior management

  The new property manager Joyce is doing a great Job with turning the complex around I haven’t seen this much progress in years she very patience and got every work order completed I placed months ago and she even called me and followed up to make sure my ac wasn’t leaking no more thank god for a property manager that care because the previous manager did not
