Under the previous ownership tenants enjoyed a sense of community and even though the apartments were higher priced then some of the surrounding apartments one could truely feel at home....You could paint your apartment, you didn't have to worry about the criminal element at all, etc. If you decide to rent here despite being warned understand you will be charged for everything and anything. Furthermore any deposit you give you might as well know now you will never get it any of it back. Also if you are a pet owner. The $300 per pet that you are required to deposit will not be applied to any of the final bill even though you will be told that money will be applied to any damage your pet my cause in the apartment. I was told that the $600 deposit I paid was for the privledge of owning a pet. Bottom line I would recomend saving your money and move to a complex not owned by Foshee or I would save your money for a morgage because it would be cheaper in the long run.
