- KGKay GoggansSep 28, 20175.0Broadstreet at Eastchase is a very pleasant place to live. The apartments are spacious. It has a creek behind it, a small pond beside it, a children's play area and a great dog park. The pond and creek have a diverse amount of birds like white and grey herons, turtles of all sizes, and even otters sometimes. But the best part of Broadstreet is the management and staff. Even when she is busy, the Christ - like facility manager, Sherry, takes time to visit and listen to you. The staff, Cassie and Kenya, are friendly and kind. Every problem I have had has been addressed in a timely manner. When I needed my ac filter changed, when the dryer broke, when I just needed help changing a light bulb, they came the day after I placed my request. When there is a parking problem because guests park in residents spaces, the security guard as well as Sherry and her staff have addressed that as well. I appreciate their professional, friendly manner!
