- PGPamela GivensFeb 9, 20265.0I recently moved to Elevate 5050 on 2/6. During the touring process was easy. The management was very informative and up front with everything. My spouse and myself are settling in very well. We honestly has no complaints.

Work orders take weeks, even for issues that need quick attention, and there’s little to no communication. Calling the leasing office is pointless. Phones aren’t answered, emails go ignored, and in-person visits get you smiles and empty promises while nothing actually gets done. Tenants end up fixing things themselves. There are cheaper apartments nearby with far better service. Don’t be fooled by how these units look. Once you move in, you’re on your own.
