Brianna and Donna go above and beyond. Big shoutout to the maintenance team too. Eddie is friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful. Thank you all from making this Louisiana transplant feel welcomed.
- JLJessica LoyJan 22, 20251.0I tried calling to inquire about an apartment and I keep getting the run arounds. They tell me to call back in a few minutes and when I do I get the emergency service only to be told they are busy. I'm probably going to try calling somewhere else.
- KKKJul 8, 20221.0Apartment unit is nice, staff is always nice HOWEVER, 1. They only allow ATT (which is horrible service) and I need internet for work so if internet is big for you keep that in mind. 2. The elevator has gone out 3 times and I have only lived here for 2 months and when it is out they are slow at getting it fixed so it can be out for a day or more. 3. I was also told the apartments were starting valet trash the week I moved in, which is also advertised on their website, and still no valet trash. Internet, trash, and the elevator all of which were super important for me when living in an apartment complex with 8 floors and having an infant. 4. The dumpster is also really gross and the area around the dumpster is always flooded with water and lots of bugs.
