  Horrible place to live! The staff including the property is awful, her name is Mary and she is very unprofessional. I was so unhappy staying here. They never fixed or sprayed my tub for me. I hate I have these people my money or my time. DO NOT LIVE here. You can find much better. The maintenance crew never came back to fix things and all of them was not courtesy but had attitudes. I will show pictures below on how they gave me this apartment but never would fixed things. Then when I moved out, the office lied and accuse me of saying something wrong with my carpet but it was cleaned, just out of retaliation that I got a lawyer against people are crooks. SAVE YOURSELF TIME!!!

  Lenox Gates has been such a blessing to me and my family! The office ladies, always have a smile, and are so sweet, can answer every question you have! I couldn't be more thankful to call this our home!

  DO NOT MOVE HERE I stayed here for 4 months, thinking it was going to be luxury and updated, it WAS NOT. Horrible maintenance department. They never came back to fix anything but half did a job. The Asst. mngr office staff are rude with nasty attitudes. No good communication skills. Really come off as angry women, she didn’t even greet me on my tour or acted interested on her own job. So rude. If you read the reviews, you would see the same complaints as well. The Property manager is very rude, impolite, vengeful & hateful! She tried to evict me over me being assaulted. She has no EMPATHY whatsoever ever. Along with never being there, cause she’s mainly at the other location. She only really sends email, but never understands what you are addressing. This is & was a horrible experience. I never even got the chance to take a sit down bath, because they never sent anyone to spray it or got back with. The tub was stained & had black spots around it. The cabinets were peeling & they lacked in service. You can see the list below of how many things were wrong with this unit! After 4 months, I decide to leave and enough was enough. They are crooked people who lie, have ridiculous policies and the Corporate office “Allegiant Carter” Management is even worser. They never answer their phones or respond to messages or emails. I hate I move and glad I got a Lawyer to get me out this mess, smoothly & properly. SAVE YOUR MONEY & HEARTACHE! FIND SOMEWHERE better! These also are run down on the o side & look nothing LIKE THE MODEL! ITS A LIE! I hate I wasted my time here & WOULD NEVER AGAIN! I WARN YOU!
