  I’ve been here for over a year now and I can truly say I love living here. Courtney in the front office is amazing! She always listens and gets on top of any concerns I might have. Eric in maintenance has been a huge help as well! I had a recent leak while I was out of town and he was able to get in under control before I even made it home. I appreciate the whole team!!

  Do not recommend living here. My apartment flooded 3 different times and my apartment was full of mold because of it and all they did was paint over the mold. When I tried getting out of my lease because of it they wouldn’t let me unless I paid thousands of dollars. All they do is scam the people that live here and make them live in unlivable conditions.

  Love the way my apartment is set up and I feel comfortable. I am having a few issues that are being addressed a little slower than I would like. Leak repair in progress.

  I have been here for 4 years. These are very nice apartments they keep the landscaping up, it’s very quiet and homey. Pool area is awesome

  Regency Gates Apartments in Mobile, Alabama has been a comfortable and convenient place to live, offering a good balance of amenities and value. The location is great for accessing West Mobile’s shops and restaurants, and features like the pool and fitness center add a lot to daily life. The grounds are generally well kept, and when maintenance is timely, the experience is smooth. That said, some units feel a bit dated, and maintenance response times can be inconsistent. Management can also be hit-or-miss, especially regarding communication and move-out charges. Overall, though, Regency Gates provides a pleasant living environment with solid amenities, making it a good choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located community in Mobile.
