  DO NOT MOVE HERE I stayed here for 4 months, thinking it was going to be luxury and updated, it WAS NOT. Horrible maintenance department. They never came back to fix anything but half did a job. The Asst. mngr office staff are rude with nasty attitudes. No good communication skills. Really come off as angry women, she didn’t even greet me on my tour or acted interested on her own job. So rude. If you read the reviews, you would see the same complaints as well. The Property manager is very rude, impolite, vengeful & hateful! She tried to evict me over me being assaulted. She has no EMPATHY whatsoever ever. Along with never being there, cause she’s mainly at the other location. She only really sends email, but never understands what you are addressing. This is & was a horrible experience. I never even got the chance to take a sit down bath, because they never sent anyone to spray it or got back with. The tub was stained & had black spots around it. The cabinets were peeling & they lacked in service. You can see the list below of how many things were wrong with this unit! After 4 months, I decide to leave and enough was enough. They are crooked people who lie, have ridiculous policies and the Corporate office “Allegiant Carter” Management is even worser. They never answer their phones or respond to messages or emails. I hate I move and glad I got a Lawyer to get me out this mess, smoothly & properly. SAVE YOUR MONEY & HEARTACHE! FIND SOMEWHERE better! These also are run down on the o side & look nothing LIKE THE MODEL! ITS A LIE! I hate I wasted my time here & WOULD NEVER AGAIN! I WARN YOU!

  Great experience moving in! We love the apartment and the atmosphere here. Kenyada and Tasha at the office were amazing during our leasing process and went above and beyond to help us settle in. Five stars for their help and professionalism!

  The apartment complex is well-run, I really enjoy living here—the community feels welcoming,and Tasha and Kenyatta in the office do a great job I love going in the office just to have friendly conversations with them!

  The only goal the ladies up front have is to fee at any opportunity they can find. They aren't helpful, just confrontational. And rent slowly increased every month? I would be here all day with this review. Run away from this place ASAP!!
