  Incredible location and staff. Very good community and amenities. You’re a 5 minute walk from downtown and right on the parade route for parades and Mardi Gras season. Within a 5-10 minute walk are dozens of bars, restaurants (a great mix of high end and lower cost places), and shopping. If you want to experience Mobile this the place to do it. The building is old and not everything is perfect about it. Management that does everything they can to make your time better and correct issues that come up. Robin does a great job managing her tenants.

  This was my first apartment and have to say i'd recommend this place to anyone. I am a student in college and the transition to moving to my own place was very smooth because of this place. The area is nice, I love downtown life and this apartment is walking distance to so many areas. Robin is a wonderful help, has been the whole year, she does great at her job.

  The same day I moved in Two months ago, about a dozen were moving out, Too many-negatives I’ve heard but the one I experienced myself: The Maintenance people are Unfriendly And Their response time is infinite, no matter how serious the problem is.

  10/10 experience!! From approval to move-in, the entire rental process went incredibly smooth! Robin is amazing! She was very helpful and maintained a really kind and positive attitude. Aside from the move in, the rental rates are great! I would recommend to anyone looking to move to the downtown area.

  The only good things about these apartments are the maintenance team and the proximity to things downtown. The biggest issue is the ELEVATORS. There are only two elevators for the entire building. One of those elevators has been down for o nearly three months now with no update from the office when they will be fixed. Everyone in the building has just accepted this as the new normal. With there only being one elevator it regularly goes down due to its accelerated use. In the past week alone it has been down for at least several hours every day and then is back up for a short period and back down again. They are currently down yet again. This means that I get to walk up and down 7 flights of stairs multiple times a day to walk my dog in addition to my other errands. There is high turnover with the office staff meaning that when you get to know one of the staff and build a rapport they then leave either by choice or by termination. The washer/dryer combo is terrible. While in theory it’s a good concept; if you’re washing more than two changes of clothes you will need to dry it multiple times. It will trip the breaker half of the time, occasionally leak, or just throw errors for no reason. The a/c units regularly overflow and cause water damage due to not being maintained. They will not pay for any damage done to your items. As you walk through the building you can see unfinished areas where there have been leaks and where they have been temporarily fixed and then left open. There are open light fixtures that were never finished when the building was updated. The firepit on the roof hasn’t worked in the year that I’ve been here and neither has the grill. Pray that your neighbors around you are quiet because you will hear all of their conversations and bedroom noises through the walls and ceilings/ floors. It is a “secured” building but the doors and gates are regularly left open or malfunctioning. The positives are that there are many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Honestly if you plan to only sleep here than it could be a perfect place for you. If you like Mardi Gras it is right on the parade route, but you will not be able to get in and out during the parades. Otherwise, the maintenance staff has answered all of my requests within a 24-48 hour period and they were very friendly and accommodating.
