  Things to consider: •If your unit has a 2 in 1 washer/dryer… you WILL have to find a laundry mat. They are less convenient than hand washing and take up unnecessary space due to their ineffectiveness (I have not been able to do a single load since I moved in. Mine flooded my apartment on first use due to a disconnection in the mechanics. • The building is old, so expect to get acquainted with the maintenance men. •There are bars all around and a new club right across the street/college kids everywhere. If you’re looking for peace and quiet…. this is not the place. •I suggest staying on a lower floor as the elevator goes out occasionally. •If you do not like dogs…. this is not the place for you. Majority of residents have one or more. And it’s possible you end up with a barker or whiner above or below you (The floors and ceilings offer no sound barrier). Now to the plus sides (for me anyways): •There are tons of dogs •The rooftop views are immaculate •The appliances are great ASIDE from the washer/dryer in one (genuinely despise it) •Being downtown in a walkable city •Tons of delicious food within walking distance •Grocery store 3 or 4 blocks away •Many parks nearby •Close to the interstate Lastly, the staff stays on top of things and take their jobs seriously. The maintenance men are kind and get things handled quickly. There’s give and takes, but that’ll be anywhere you go. (Two stars taken away are almost exclusively due to my distain for the washer/dryer, as this feature was one of the reasons I decided to move in…. and haven’t got to do a single load of laundry)

  I just wanted to share about what an easy experience that I have had at Elevate 758! Taylor made my move-in process super easy and incredibly fast! Literally within 24 hours from start to finish! That is unheard of! Taylor and all of the staff are pleasant and easy to deal with! The rooftop views at night are amazing and the community is friendly. Come check it out and be sure to tell Taylor that I sent you😊

  I recently moved in with the help of Taylor and absolutely love it so far! Taylor is the absolute sweetest and she answered any questions I had and made it sooo easy to move in!! The apartment is amazing also, macitence comes quick and it’s in the perfect spot! Definitely recommend this place and Taylor to help you with moving!!

  The building has been around a long time now so it’s not brand new but it’s nice, I love being able to use the fitness center at anytime plus the staff are very fun, friendly and most of all helpful.

  We spent a night at Elevate while travelling to Georgia and I have to say we were not disappointed. The communication with the host was great and the apartment was really nice and clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The building has private parking and also a nice gym on the last floor. Definitely recommended and a place I would stop again at.
