- JMJosh MMar 21, 20251.0Really cool looking lofts but very unprofessional management. Not taking a shot at them as people because they are very nice but just very unorganized. I applied and got accepted they took my money and than wanted me to pay a non-refundable security deposit of $1300. I was going to pay it than they continued to push my move in date back after I specifically said I NEED to be in by a certain date. This is because they did not finish the floor plan when I toured and they had no idea it was not finished but it said Immediate move-in ready. Dealing with them has been a NIGHTMARE, DO NOT buy the dream they are selling because there is a lot of shady stuff going on here.

Love the property, and old school house that has been converted to higher-end lofts in one of Mobile's sought after social neighborhoods — the Oakleigh Garden District. The opportunity to live here, in a modern, renovated, and energy efficient apartment was too good to pass up. Great courtyard for grilling, and yard for the dog to play. Well lit, and and gated parking for vehicles, along with gated key fob-secured entry and exit available for pedestrians. Maintenance has been very responsive to any and all needs. Great place to live!
