  Do not lease here! There is never any parking and if you do the right thing and put your notice in they switch from standard rent to month to month in the middle of the month! My window seals have mold in them and it stays coming back. They are crooked!

  I moved out of my apartment via a terminated lease. I had explained the nature of the abrupt leaving and informed them I would not be in the area. There was an issue with a rent payment that was taken care of and days after I fulfilled it, I got an email asking if I’d reconsider staying. When I didn’t agree to keep my lease, they evicted me. Seemingly a pattern and what I can only surmise to be the property manager trying to keep residents and her job since so many have left this place. After they filed the eviction, they sent a final invoice for move out of 1500+ and when I asked for details and validation, they sent it to a collections company who will not send validation of debt. I’ve tried for a year to correct this with the local and corporate offices and have gotten nowhere so now I have to hire a lawyer. I have never had rental issues anywhere before this. Never had anything derogatory reported on my credit, and unfortunately other neighbors have experienced similar. If you value your credit and rental history DO NOT MOVE HERE

  Breanna is amazing! She’s so helpful and she’s very informative and is amazing at doing tours! She doesn’t mind answering questions and made this process smooth & seamless!

  I visited my father in law who lives at Charleston Apartments. I wanted yo use the gym. I found the staff very helpful in allowing me access and friendly. The grounds are always clean when I visit. It seems like a nice place to live.

  I have lived here about 5 years. The staff in office and maintenance crew work hard to keep the complex clean and pretty. They are also friendly, professional and always ready to help. I love that it’s quiet and hardly have any issues I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking.
