  I recently moved into a brand new complex, and I have to say, it’s a fantastic place to call home! The amenities are luxurious and modern, making everyday living feel like a treat. The pool area and fitness center are especially impressive, offering everything you need to relax and stay active. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, with a special shoutout to Michael, who has been exceptionally helpful and attentive. His positive attitude really makes a difference! The complex also has very aggressive offers, making it a great choice financially. Plus, its location in Avery is unbeatable, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. This convenience truly enhances the overall living experience. In summary, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here—it's a perfect blend of luxury, excellent service, and convenience!

  These are the largest and most elegant one bedroom apartments I have ever seen in this area! The kitchen is so modern and the bathroom has both a stand up shower and a huge soaking tub! The screened in patios are also a huge plus!! I toured this beautiful property with Carrie who was a pleasure to work with! She is very knowledgeable and was patient with me and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly.

  Pro: The Benefits are great! Currently in the 2bd/2bth and the bathrooms are massive as well as the walk in closets. the washer/dryer for clothes are also large capacity and very modern which is a major upgrade from my last place. the dishwasher works well though we are trying to figure out all the settings still. the AC changes the temp fast however the thermostat seems to keep the temp 1 degree higher than specified. not sure what the sensors are but if its set to 67 it will hover around 68. very spacious for the price. The main office is also very patient with questions and fast with responses. every time i have called the office I was quickly met with a real person and didn't have to deal with an automated bot. The gym is very new and filled with safer machines EX: Assisted Inclined Bench Press. The pool has not yet been opened this year so I haven't had the opportunity to use it however it looks very big and i have high hopes for it. very well lit community where it almost feels like daytime during the night while walking or taking out trash, but with the modern blinds on the windows there hasn't been any disturbance of my sleep from the light. Con: The only complaints I have is the sprinkler system due to being on the first floor. sprinklers turn on daily around 5:00 AM and spray the windows which wake me up sometimes. The sprinklers also spray into the parking lot which depending on where you park will leave white spots on your car windshield and window. I'm not sure if its because they are just recently being used or if it is because of minerals in the water. Overall it is a wonderful place and well worth the cost.

  I just moved into one of the cottages a little over a week ago, but I love it already! It's unheard of to get so much square footage in a rental place where you can also get so many great amenities. It already feels like home. And the customer service is amazing! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and ready to help with whatever you need. Alex, Mike, Nick & Carrie are all wonderful to work with. I can't recall everyone's name but I only have great things to say about every person I've interacted with. And let's just talk about the fact that I'm in a rental with a backyard, that's fenced in! AND they handle the lawn care for me too! From high ceilings and gorgeous granite countertops to a loads of storage and beautiful water view - this place has everything. I don't know what more you could ask for. I'm very happy to call this place my home. :-)
