  I toured this apartment and had a great experience. The place was very nice, clean, and well kept. It just wasn’t the right fit for my family since we decided to get a house instead. Martha was very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend checking it out.

  Very nice, clean, and quiet! I love the property! I’m so glad I chose this place for my children and I! It’s very affordable and Mrs. Martha is the best!! She cares about your needs and she has a heart of gold 10/10!

  It’s not bad. When I moved in, there was a lot of things that needed replaced or just dirty. Dead outlets, bulbs, doors not closing or not shutting right, leaky faucet. Wish the gym had more equipment. Paid around the same amount for an apartment in Athens and it was much higher quality and had a better gym on top of a pool. Those are my only complaints. Maintenance is pretty good at keeping everything up and running. Management is always helpful and very kind. Good area to live in.

  Moved in 2 years ago , I have had to have maintenance come fix something every 2-3 weeks . Maintenance responds quick to repairs but the apartments are obviously old and not well kept . I have been the best renter , never complained once but when my spouse tried to harm me and I needed to call the police out the owner had an attitude because the police damaged the door . I don’t mind paying for the door but I was very upset that I’m getting charged $250 for a door but this apartment has been falling apart the whole time I been here and I haven’t caught an attitude once . Glad I’m moving out !
