  Very nice, clean, and quiet! I love the property! I’m so glad I chose this place for my children and I! It’s very affordable and Mrs. Martha is the best!! She cares about your needs and she has a heart of gold 10/10!

  It’s not bad. When I moved in, there was a lot of things that needed replaced or just dirty. Dead outlets, bulbs, doors not closing or not shutting right, leaky faucet. Wish the gym had more equipment. Paid around the same amount for an apartment in Athens and it was much higher quality and had a better gym on top of a pool. Those are my only complaints. Maintenance is pretty good at keeping everything up and running. Management is always helpful and very kind. Good area to live in.

  Amazing place to live! Mrs Martha make sure everything and everyone is taken care of including the kids !! She go over and. Above to keep the neighborhood clean !! She also will give you a helping hand if needed!! I truly enjoyed my 11 years stay and would highly recommend staying there to anyone!! Thank you Mrs Martha for everything
