They do not answer the phones and do not address maintenance requests, so the only way to get anything done is to go to the leasing office (over and over) with your concerns, and that might not even work. We faced incorrect billing, roach infestation (since the day we moved in), water leaks, cabinets/ drawers falling apart, and mold, only to name a handful. Our work orders were either ignored or marked as completed when no one came to address them. In fact, the only issue that was resolved was the incorrect billing, and only because we made sure of it before we parted ways. It is apparent that the management team has crippling miscommunication that makes them inefficient at addressing resident needs, which is unfortunate when the apartments are in such poor condition. Not worth the rental charge, so I would not recommend the Davis to anyone!

I’m paying 2021 prices with a 2001 apartment! There’s still concerns for my safety especially the gate doesn’t work and no one is doing anything about it. The fire place doesn’t have a brick boarder to avoid fire hazards. The upstairs leaks into my down stairs apartment. The cabinet doors keep falling off. The cabinet floors are caving in and have been since moving in, in November 2021. They said they would fix this or move me and haven’t. I’ve been harassed they won’t do anything.
