From property manager to the assistant manager!! To the Leasing Agent !! Maintenance is flawless working diligently keeping the grounds property clean and tidy. So now is the time to take advantage of a good experience

- JSJordan SimonsOct 23, 20231.0The Davis is the worst apartment I have ever experienced. The maintenance team has not responded to my maintenance request for 4 months. Also due to their payment system being down I was unable to pay my rent. In the process of the system being down they stacked $811 late fees on top of my rent even though it was outside of my control. I would not recommend this apartment to anybody that cares about their money. This is a money hungry establishment that doesn’t care about their tenants!
