  I took a chance in this place moving from another state. It was okay at first. AC and heater was non-functional. It was the cold season already and I had to use a space heater before they bothered to send someone to fix it. They did fix it and then they made the cooling part break so I had to wait on them to fix that too. That's not the worst part though, everything else worked fine otherwise. I have no idea how there isn't more mention of this in the reviews, but this place has german roaches, at least the building I was in had them. The neighbor lady across from me told me she had them too which is not surprising. If one unit has them, the rest of them do too. To their credit, they sent the exterminator who was using Alpine wsg, which is what you want to get rid of them. But that didn't truly get rid of them because the other units were infested too so they made their way back to my apartment where I started to treat it with the same stuff myself and that kept it liveable. On the bright side, I now know what to look for when inspecting apartments I want to live in. Lastly, they didn't send my deposit back with no communication from them as to why. The only positive thing is I met my pet cat. There are tons of stray cats in this place, and that's how I met him, he just ran in one day. I did tell them about it to pay the pet fee but the person there said that wasn't necessary. That was one cool thing I suppose. So I'll up to 2 stars. But if that is not your thing, I'll just say there is a likely chance one will show up at your door.

  I have complained over and over about my upstairs neighbor dog peeing on my porch and nothing has been done about it. I called animal control, everything and they just dont care. Also, I have been living here a little over two months and things around this apartment is breaking. It's a little cheaply made and the rent is to high for things to be breaking and me having to smell dog urine everytime I step outside on my porch

  No one is at this office to help me! I keep asking and waiting to be moved because of my safety and things falling apart in the apartment. I’m paying 2021 prices with a 2001 apartment! There’s still concerns for my safety especially the gate doesn’t work and no one is doing anything about it. The fire place doesn’t have a brick boarder to avoid fire hazards. The upstairs leaks into my down stairs apartment. The cabinet doors keep falling off. The cabinet floors are caving in and have been since moving in, in November 2021. They said they would fix this or move me and haven’t. I’ve been harassed they won’t do anything.

  They are unprofessional the staff has changed so much in 1 year and no one can get anything right iM currently sitting in the dark from a power outage at 10 o’clock. People have yet to come check on the AC it’s we will be leaving very soon.
