Shortly after our first tenant moved into a new property we had some issues that had to be addressed by the builder. Lisa reported the issue to the builder on my behalf, coordinated the repair time with all parties, successfully managed tenant relations, and was on site the entire time the repair was being done. I couldn't ask for more.
