Parents please do not send your college students to these apartments. Management only cares about money, and its not the entire management team, its Daya. Your complaints and concerns will go ignored. Even when you have a dirty roommate all the blame gets placed on the ones who tried to keep everything clean. If you try to voice your concerns you will be met with attitudes. You will be forced to live with mold, and all they do is paint over it. Certain units were supposed to be remodeled but weren’t because they were deemed “livable”. When I moved into my new unit after being forced to switch buildings, the ceiling was falling apart, leaking, and there was mold everywhere. They have hidden fees and will charge you more than what the lease actually states. I hated my experience here. As a young woman living on her own for the first time, it was a nightmare.

Living has been terrible!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. They manage is terrible. The place is invested with roaches, and they management and vendors can come in your place whenever they want and don’t notify you that they are coming in your place. Daya (the property manager) don’t do anything about dirty roommate that are causing a problem for other tenants, if anything she’s make it worse. The vendors that come out to “renovate” the empty rooms would leave past
tenants garbage outside which you can see in the pictures below which cause more roaches to accumulate. Also the shootings out here is terribleeeee! I do not recommend this place to anyone especially if you’re a student.

Move in day was very unprofessional management didn’t even walk the units prior to handing out keys ! My units was horrible/ horrendous. The previous tenants belonging were still there, smelled like dog piss my carpet was ripped up and bathroom looked like scene from saw ! I informed management and they did absolutely nothing but blame it on the old management and offered a MOP! ( here’s a clue don’t hand out keys without walking units just money hungry) I had to clean the unit ON MY OWN WITH MY OWN MONEY! they end up doing renovations towards the end of my lease which are okay but don’t make up for the unsafe conditions! There were multiple shootings and just people who “hung out” outside. Police stay in out prepare to learn the officers names ! One HOMICIDE detective said he wouldn’t recommend for any young ladies or anybody that puts their well being first ! Most of the people were NOT students even though they advertise student living. The renovations were done very lazy to say the least and the crew really didn’t care about your belongings during the process they were suppose to check the sink and end up making it leak more and I put in work orders nothing was done my dad had to come fix it himself ! Two flats because they carelessly left nails in the parking lot ! Some of the renovations didn’t even make sense like my desk was place in wrong the extension hole was placed on the wrong side just didn’t make any sense !
Prior to moving out I was charged more than $400 for the condition of my unit without any proof( they say they will upload them to your portal but don’t just will send you a bill ) even though I provided pictures of moving in and moving out. Also their billing system is very strange rent is around $560 every month you pay around $750+. Even though the fitness and pool is only office hours which is inconvenient because they just close for odd times or if you work you really won’t be able to use Alain getting a code or key card is pointless the gates will just be open it was broken my entire lease
If you looking to move somewhere cheap and last minute they’re your place ! You absolutely get what you pay for I recommend taking pictures/ videos BEFORE AND AFTER you move in they will charge you without providing proof ! Definitely thinking about legal actions if my money isn’t returned !
The picture I attached makes it look like a cake walk !

This is the worst place to ever live! THE MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE! I lived here for 2 years, "HUNTSVILLE PLACE" put on my credit report that I owe them $50. Mind you when my lease ended I recieved my FULL DEPOSIT back. I've been trying to get them to remove it, but all they say is "we're under new management, we dont have any information from you."
