I get that I am a college student and we can be a liability but to get treated without the proper respect since I moved in is not acceptable. When I moved in, I was informed that management had just been changed and things were supposed to be getting better for the apartment complex but the management and staff are so rude it takes away from all the good qualities. No one wants to stay somewhere they are not respected. That is just my opinion. Management should either take a long reflection of themselves or the apartment complex should receive new management once again. I would not recommend these apartments for anyone.
- NPNatalia PughJul 5, 20185.0The reason why the reviews are mixed, is because the actual units are in different conditions. So, it’s a gamble, you might get a run down apartment, or you might end up with the best one they got. Which, I believe was our case, thanks to Mickey(he doesn’t work there any longer I think). New carpet upstairs, hard floor for easy clean up downstairs, freshly and quality repainted, it was nice to start anew. Minus the old kitchen and bathroom cabinets, I love the place. Best staff, awesome maintenance, great area for children, with a huge back yard and a clean pool. Close to shopping(grocery included) area. Totally recommend.
