I ended up buying my own portable unit to cool my apt. Pools always late being opened 2nd pool never opened. Gym room is a joke, no ac...maybe 2 machines in it. Laundry room has zero AC broken machines. Gates never worked right, they were down atleast 10 months in a year. I had issues with roaches that were not resolved, mgmt claimed they were water bugs. They had the apt sprayed numerous times, problem still existed. Completely dissatisfied with this apt community.
