- VSVictoria SneedJul 3, 20242.0This is pretty much the expensive ghetto. This is the 2nd year NEITHER POOL is working. You will pay a lot for no pool access and very frequent water shutoffs. They don't treat the grounds for pests (its on the lease they do, but...)so wear bug spray everytime you go out. Parking is horrible, maintenance repairs work half the time, half they have to come back and fix it a second time. If the economy wasn't horrible right now, we would move. Repair people aren't certified unless it's HVAC, and materials are left everywhere after a repair. They use illegals for most of the repairs. Very very different from when we moved in :(

No one is in the office when I call or even go by so what am I supposed to do about my rent to avoid being evicted out of nowhere. 🤦🏽♂️
