  I would have to say this was best experience for my first apartment. Ms LaDena and the other staff was on point the whole process. The Apartment is everything and more. Maintenance comes right away and fixes the issue in a timely manner. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Enjoying my time out here!

  The staff is really sweet and understanding. Moving in was a quick and easy process. The maintenance team is always ready and available to fix anything the same day you ask or the next morning for sure. It’s a great place to stay 🥰

  Be very careful before renting here. This apartment complex is terrible, and the property manager is rude. The apartment was dirty when I moved in, and it’s still full of ants, cockroaches, and geckos. Even after complaining multiple times, nothing has been done to fix it. They simply don’t care. The water bill is also outrageous — around $200 every month — and sometimes the water is shut off without any notice. When you ask why or when it will be restored, the manager doesn’t respond or help at all. Overall, this place is poorly managed, unclean, and not worth the money or frustration. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

  The worst ever Complex. They cut tap water without informing us, old and unclean apartments, lots of insects and reptile 🦎 🤮. And if you request to break the lease and leave, they will make you pay two months rent , NOT FAIR, so don’t stuck in their trap. Find another place, please.

  Complex has declined drastically in the last year and is not worth the price. I came home to contractors that were there to replace molded flooring, relaxing on my sofa. When I walked in they didn’t get up but continued to sit. The Abbey blamed it on the contractors although they were hired by the Abbey and let into my house with no supervision. Work orders aren’t fully fixed but bandaged until it appears again. Since moving into this unit I’ve dealt with mold multiple times, a broken AC, a leak in my closet, a leak in my kitchen 2 times, and a leak in the hall. People walk around without their dogs on a leash and the grass is full off animal droppings. The breezeway is maybe pressure washed once a year and is filthy. The amenities are a joke although you must pay for them. The area for trash is unkept. I could go on for days.
