  I lived there for 2 years, honestly is one of the nicest apartment complexes around, last administration was definitely slow, and i feel like new administration is doing better, for emergencies they will act quickly, during last summer a/c stop working and after 2 days it was Friday when i submitted the problem, Monday it was fixed, and after hear about that Hoover complex that was like 20 days without water I’ll always appreciate the effort so overall I think they are managing the complex better, unfortunately I had to move to another state but if ever i come back I’ll always chose this

  Maintenance can be a bit slow but they are quick for emergencies. Leigh Anne with housekeeping is amazing and my breezeway smells like it's been freshly mopped at least a couple days a week. The fact that a lot of staff live on the property also makes a huge difference! I love it here!

  They must be careful before renting in this place in my experience I applied for an apartment when I arrived they gave me a different one in bad condition I requested orders for repairs and for more than two months no one responded they do not comply with the contract and bad attention in the office the manager does not give solutions they talk to you in a bad way the apartment had a bad smell and when cleaning I found dead mice under the washing machine now that I want to leave the place since they do not comply they want to charge more money to my account my payments are punctual but they do not comply with their work if they check well there are more negative comments than the positive ones Deben tener cuidado antes de rentar en este lugar en mi experiencia apliqué por un apto cuando llegué me entregaron uno diferente en malas condiciones solicité órdenes para reparaciones y por más de dos meses nadie respondió incumplen con el contrato y mala atención en la oficina la manager no da soluciones te hablan de mala manera el apto tenía un mal olor y al limpiar encontré ratones muertos debajo de la lavadora ahora que quiero salir de el lugar ya que ellos no cumplen quieren cargar más dinero a mi cuenta mis pagos son puntuales pero ellos no cumplen con su trabajo si revisan bien son más los comentarios negativos que los positivos

  This apartment is awful. I had to move out recently because they allowed my apartment to go two months without flooring and mold throughout the apartment. I had 6 floods in 60days. There’s constant water shut offs, mold was EVERYWHERE throughout my apartment. Maintenance ain’t fix nothing. The management team to busy making TikTok’s annd hosting food trucks instead of doing their job and making sure the apartments are maintenance well. And they are deliberately ignoring my emails because they know they messed up bad and avoid accountability regarding my apartment. I wasn’t keeping my family in an unsafe environment with an incompetent management team. I’d run. They don’t have preventative maintenance checks, they can’t keep a maintenance team that’s why nothing can ever get done, you tell one person something and they quit the next day because it’s just too much going on. I’ve had so many contractors, maintenance crew, even people who’ve worked in the office complain about how management is bad. I’ve had a 2bed/2ba apartment and one bathroom hasn’t been used in 2 months because it was never fixed. Even when i left all they have done was PAINT. I left finally after five years. Plus your bills will be $300-$400 more than the base rent because of all the added fees and water/sewage bill.

  Desde la primera vez que vine a ver los apartamentos todo fue excelente, la Señora Michelle me ayudó con todo pero literalmente con todo mi proceso para moverme a estos apartamentos, con todo lo que tuve problema ella misma se encargó de arreglarlo excelente atención siempre que he buscado o llamado está disponible, y lo mejor es que la señora Michelle sabe mucho español en fin todo 10/10 mil agradecido y satisfecho
