  My experience at Ridge Crossing was amazing. I lived there for 5 years and recently just moved out. I love the office staff—they are my favorite! They are very understanding and will work with you. I had a one-bedroom apartment and really loved it. I never had any problems with maintenance. Whenever something needed to be fixed, it was taken care of quickly. They keep the property well maintained for the most part. However, recently the water has been getting cut off pretty often, which was a little annoying. I will say I didn’t really care for the new company that took over in the last year. They are very strict when it comes to rent, which I understand, but at the same time I think people should be given a little grace because life happens.

  I had such an amazing experience working with Malise Lilly in the leasing office! From the very first day I came in she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Her personality and positive energy instantly made the experience better. She walked me through the property, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything about the application process. What really stood out to me was how helpful and responsive she was the entire time. I was actually approved the very next day and she immediately sent me all the information I needed for move-in. On move-in day she even took the time to walk through the apartment with me which I really appreciated. Malise truly goes above and beyond for residents. I highly recommend working with her!

  I came with my daughter while she was looking for an apartment and I have to say the leasing consultant Malise Lilly was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked into the office she greeted us with the warmest smile and such a positive attitude. As a mother, I pay attention to how people treat my child and Malise treated her with so much patience, kindness, and professionalism. She explained everything clearly, answered every question, and made the entire application process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about helping people. Even on move-in day she made sure everything went smoothly and welcomed my daughter like family. If anyone is considering moving here, I highly recommend working with Malise Lilly. She truly provides a 10/10 experience!

  ALL I CAN SAY IS MALISE! If you are looking to work with someone with great customer service, great communication, excellent consistency, very transparent! Work with the AMAZING Leasing consultant MALISE ! She greets you with a wonderful smile as soon as you walk through the door, her attitude and energy lights up the office as soon as you enter the room. My experience with Malise is amazing! The way that she lead the tour was wonderful! Very encouraging! She made me feel like I was at home already ! Before even being approved for my apartment! Even throughout the application process Malise was SO HELPFUL, she help me every step of the way and I got approved the NEXT DAY ! Once I got approved she instantly sent me all of the information I needed on move in day Melise made me feel welcome ! She reassured me on if I need anything to always contact her , we even did the walkthrough of my apartment together! Never seen anyone do that before! If I could give Melise 10 stars I would! The “Melise Experience” was an 100/10!!!!!!!🥰⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ WORK WITH THE AMAZING MALISE LILLY! She’s amazing and has a wonderful and kind hearted spirit

  I am currently sitting in an 80-degree apartment because my AC is out and this has unfortunately been my experience since the day I moved in back in November. When I first moved in, the microwave was broken and remained unusable for several weeks. After that, the issues just kept coming. The garbage disposal broke. The AC went out and required multiple visits before it was actually fixed. Then the heat stopped working during below-freezing temperatures. I went back and forth with the office for several days while I was left freezing before that was resolved. Shortly after that, I had no hot water for TWO weeks. I consistently called, submitted maintenance requests, and even showed up in the office in person. Maintenance repeatedly came out and said the “pilot light was lit” without diagnosing the deeper issue. It wasn’t until I escalated the situation via email that the property finally replaced the tank. Even then, the response was simply “sorry,” as if this was a minor inconvenience. Now I’m once again without AC. Phone calls go unanswered , even the emergency maintenance line. I can’t count how many times I’ve called, had the automated system confirm it was an emergency, and been transferred to a line where no one ever picks up, calls back, or shows up. That is unacceptable. I have received no compensation for any of these ongoing issues. The lack of urgency, communication, and accountability is incredibly disappointing. I will not be renewing my lease when it’s up.
