    Just left from touring a 1b/1b with Malise! She was super sweet and friendly, showed me one of the best renovated units I’ve ever seen, lol 😆 now I want it!! We shall see huh

    All of the staff are so responsive and really care about the property and the tenants. Malise, Angela, Aisha, Satena, Lisa and Kevin are always available for help!

    I lived here back in 1996-2001. Lived at 4464 at the very top of the hill when they had just been built. This place was amazing back then and haven't been back there in a long long time. Looking st these photos brought back a lot of memories that I will cherish forever.

    Renters beware. Great community environment but horrible management practices. Yes water and sewer bills are higher due to Jefferson County sewer but how they calculate the water and sewer is ridiculous. It’s based on occupants and apartment square footage instead of what you ACTUALLY use. As one person in a one bedroom, one bathroom 800 sq ft apartment I was paying anywhere from 150-200 a month for JUST water and sewer. Moved to a different complex to a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the area and that amount has dropped to combined $60 a month. Not to mention when you go to move out they won’t prorate your rent adequately if your lease ends mid month and won’t respond to emails or calls about your rent being wrong. Asset Living bought the complex in January of 2025 prior to that communication was incredibly easy.
