  Do not move to these apartments they are ran like a project community. Pest control told me I had an roach infestation which you never want to hear .the Pest control company is not at fault. The management and owners should take action to clear all units of pests. I did not move there with roaches but when I moved out they were in my boxes!!! . Please read other reviews .the bug issue is a fact. Also Ride by at night and weekends to see clothes and item’s hanging over balconies. See pics. The rent is slightly lower than other apartments in the area because they know there are little to no amenities besides a pool that is closed often, not clean. Also due to the influx of visitors and renters the poolwater is left greasy. If you have children there is nowhere for them to play or ride small bikes but the middle of the street when cars are zooming by constantly . If you like to walk or jog the same applies. Maintenance will ignore your request tickets and close them out . the manager is not professional and will retaliate if you voice complaints or concerns. the billing for water and sewer is high.. Save time and money cause you will not want to renew your lease after 1 year . Choose a community you will be glad to have family and friends visit without embarrassment. Remember this review . If you like peaceful ,clean ,bug free well kept grounds ,amenities that you can utilize that makes you feel at home and get your money’s worth . This is not the place for none of the above. 1 star rating is fitting the apartments are conveniently located to the interstate, gas stations , eateries and other businesses in the area . That’s all Unfortunately.

  I absolutely love living here! The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The community is peaceful, clean, and feels very safe. I truly feel at home here and would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

  I’ve visited this property a few times while searching for a new place. The community seems quiet, and the maintenance team was out working even early in the morning, which speaks to how responsive they are. Natasha from the leasing office was kind, professional, and very informative. The only thing I’d note is parking can get a little tight depending on the time of day, but overall the complex looks like a solid place to live.

  DO NOT STAY AT THESE APARTMENTS. ROACH INFESTATION ISSUE: BEFORE YOU MOVE IN, INSPECT THE APARTMENT. I typically don’t write reviews but this apartment complex caused me a huge inconvenience. The apartment complex has a major roach issue. I moved in for 2 weeks and had to buy out the lease (the next month and an additional 2 months) totaling over 3,000 dollars. There were roaches being seen coming from the foundation, in the kitchen, in the bedrooms, and the vents. Pest control did come out but I still constantly saw BABY roaches. SO YOU KNOW ITS A NEST UNDER THE FOUNDATION. It got so bad that my daughter and I had to get a hotel multiple nights due to the roaches being on our bed and furniture. The office staff was not concerned enough and only expressed PEST CONTROL COMES OUT ONLY ON FRIDAYS. I showed them pictures and videos of the issue. Still no sympathy. Also requested to speak to the regional manager. The on property manager still wouldn’t allow me to express my concerns to the higher ups. They just put me on the list for pest control. I moved out the first week in October, the apartment still hasn’t been posted back up on the website for rent. Which explains THEY HAD AN ISSUE FROM THE BEGINNING. I even spoke to the previous tenants. They moved out to a different apartment in the same complex due to the same reason. Please do not stay at these apartments. Wish I could post more videos and pictures. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE.
