  BEWARE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! HORRIBLE STAFF, HORRIBLE MAINTENANCE, ROACHES! The staff is literally awful with one exception, and she probably knows who she is. But one really sweet lady in the office doesn’t negate the fact that the entire rest of the staff is short fused, and are bothered by everything. My ceiling has been pouring water and nobody has done anything about it. Save yourself the headache, this place is not worth it.

  I have had an on going rat issue for over a week. I have put in multiple maintenance requests and called the office many times. I have been confined to my room because the rats are large in size and I’m under stress. All they did is come out and set one trap in a closet and that did not work. This has not only been an all around health and safety risk. Nobody should have to live like this! They refuse to pick up the phone when I call. And the one time they did whoever picked up the phone had not one care in the world and told me “they would see”. I called the day after multiple times and still no answer. I have sent emails and still no answer. I don’t understand why I can’t get any help. I DO NOT recommend anyone living in this complex.

  Corey is very unprofessional and sucks at his job Hi I posted about a month ago about my experience at the hills. It’s only gotten worst btw. I came home after a long day of work to find my apartment like this after they said they were gonna fix my previous issue with plumbing…I’ll just leave these photos here…

  Wonderful community, prices are the best that I have found in the Hoover area! Not to mention the office staff was exceptional!!!

  When I first moved there I had no problems. Moved to a 2 bedroom and after a month I started to see mold and snails. So I contacted the office EBONIE and put in my concern on the portal. Waited to give them time. After a week or 2 maintenance came and sprayed Kilz over the Mold and told me it was gone kill it. WHAT? How old are you? Then my moms sends a email and the head maintenance guy tells me its mildew when I had a mold inspector come in and give me a full report. Really, hire some people that are certified and not certified for the streets. Then Ebonie gone tell me they don't have reliable source to fix it. When Mold is the source. Like did you really not finish school. I was trying to have patience but you can't live in a place where there is mold.I do not recommend living here.
