  First let me start off by saying Jasmine & Simone are the best at what they do. They answer all requests promptly, friendly and always professional. I have been a tenant for 7 months now. The application process was seamless Jasmine address all questions I had she ensured all of my non-negotiable’s were met. She stayed late some days to accommodate my work schedule thank you so much for that. The maintenance crew is top notch any work ordered entered it’s completed in a timely manner the grounds are well maintained. They keep the dumpster area clean even when tenants are careless about making sure the trash makes it into the dumpster. I know I made the best decision by moving here. Thank you to this amazing team for always putting the tenants first.

  Jasmine + Symone are a pleasure to work with. They are very professional and bring delight to every customers day. Communication skills are on point. They both make living here worth every penny! If you haven’t met them please do and make sure you move here! ☺️

  I have been living in the same Apartment for 3 years in a row. The maintenance team is great and responsive to get your problems solved. The place is safe and calm.The leasing office team is also nice and friendly. BUT I do not know why the Abbey dose not Appreciate the loyalty of their residents. That is to say, irrespective of the high rent compared to other residentials in the city, they still increase your rent yearly as if you are a new resident! In other words, no matter how long you rent with the Abbey, your rent is getting higher every year ( up to $75). Sad to be treated as such in your loved place !! Thank you.
