- KMkevin mchenryNov 25, 20251.0Just don't. Will lie, lie again, and lie some more. Told me multiple times business licenses was and would be taken care of for building permit. The licenses were never done and they set up illegally anyways. Which has caused a lot of problems for myself. Jason (manager) has told me or through an employee at least 10 times it would be taken care of in a week, a few days, etc. This has been going on since June (5 months so far). Worst experience I've dealt with that is so simple to fix. Will lie to you about porches. Will build out of dry and brittle wood and put some cheap ballusters after promising the cable railing. If you do decide to go with them anyway, make sure to check the agreed amount before closing. Fortunately, I did and was $16,000 different, which was corrected. Seemed like a honest mistake at the time, but now I think they are just scamming customers as much as they can get away with.
