  I recently moved in and Mandy made my process so smooth and hassle free. I love my apartment!! I felt right at home from the first day! Always helpful and sweet.

  I’ve lived here less than a year and genuinely regret signing the lease. Management changes constantlyyyy, every few months there’s someone new, and at this point I don’t even know who’s actually in charge or responsible for anything. That alone should tell you how this place is run. If you want to live in a dump disguised with new paint and new parking lots, this is your place. I’ve been calling for over a month about a bug issue and no one has shown up. Not once. It finally escalated to a cockroach crawling onto my bed and near my daughter’s face while we were sleeping. That’s after repeatedly asking for pest control. For 3–4 straight months, there was nonstop construction. Loud, disruptive, and zero consideration for the people who actually live here. Workers were on my porch, we were forced to move all our furniture for painting, and there were constantly people outside yelling, singing, and making noise all day. I have a young child, and it made it nearly impossible to maintain any kind of routine or peaceful environment. At one point during construction, there was literally no safe way to enter my building. The “options” were to walk under an active ladder with workers climbing up and down, step through metal debris, or go through caution tape that clearly said not to enter. When I brought it up, management tried to brush it off like it was completely fine. They’re also extremely quick to threaten fees over minor things, yet completely ignore actual tenant concerns. I recently watched them tow residents’ cars after giving barely any notice to clear the lot. People who pay to live here had their vehicles taken. Meanwhile, they’ve focused on cosmetic upgrades like spray-painting buildings and redoing pavement, clearly just to justify raising rent, while the actual living conditions inside remain poorly maintained. PLEASE don’t waste ur time & money especially if you have young kids!!

  We have been here for almost a year. In that year they have changed the management 3 times and have a new owner as well. I’m not happy with the new management at all. The one good thing about the Villas is the maintenance supervisor, Alexander McGaster. He is amazing! He is friendly and when my AC went out he had it fixed in like 15 minutes. My 5 star review is for him. Not the property as a whole. The property as a whole I’d give a three. The management on the other hand would be a 2.

  I was looking for a new apartment. Was super impressed by the manager, Mandy Potter. She was extremely professional and friendly. Very impressed with her information and attentiveness.

  In the beginning everyone was nice and my calls were being answered. My application was denied and I’ve been trying to contact the office for the past two weeks regarding the admin fee. I am being purposely ignored. I’ve left multiple messages and no one answers the phone. I am glad I was denied, because I wouldn’t want to live in a community that treats people so poorly. The character of the people in the leasing office showed their true colors.
