  After three years here, I felt completely unsupported by management. Despite being a first-time homebuyer and already moved out for several weeks, I was not given any consideration on the final security deposit charge, which equals a full month’s rent. Instead, I am being required to pay two months’ rent plus the deposit. It was disappointing to receive no flexibility after being a long-term resident despite the constant neglect in every single way.

  I moved here in October with a couple problems and the lovely office staff got them take care of quickly! Garret has been so helpful with everything.

  I’ve lived here for about a month now and I absolutely love it. Garret is extremely helpful, lives on site, and provides 24-hour service whenever we need it. The staff is great and very responsive. I’m really happy with my experience so far.

  Since the last couple of months, the new management company is making great improvements to the community. They seem to really care about making it look and feel like the best place to live in Gulf Shores. Garrett, the new manager is responsive and professional. He keeps the residents updated on the improvements so we know what's going on. Previous management company never answered the phones or fixed anything! This is breath of fresh air!

  I have lived at Villas of Bon Secour for over ten years. I moved in. Six months after it opened. I have dealt with four or five different management companies, The first management company Did well. After they were bought out, villas gradually went downhill. We have a new management company , one owner. I have to admit this is the best management company so far. They say action talks BS walks. They are replacing all the roofs in all the buildings , we have new lights in the breezeways, at night, it makes it look like the sun is out, safety feature. They are also repainting the pool. The biggest thing is all this is happening at one time. Kudos to the new management team!! It's normally a quiet place to live, remodeling is being done during the day. The management team are hands on! Come check them out.
